Thank you for choosing our webshop for your purchase. We would like to provide you with important information regarding our return policy. For customers within the European Union (EU), we have a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with any applicable tags still attached, and in its original packaging (if provided). Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be advised that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to initiate a return, we offer a convenient return service on our website. Simply follow the instructions provided to complete the return process. It is important to note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.

Kindly note that items returned to us through any other method besides our designated return service will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We want to let you know that our "Vintage" labeled items may show signs of use due to their previous wear and age. We make every effort to depict these items honestly and authentically. If there are any flaws, we will mention them in the item's description.

Before we ship your order, we carefully inspect each item to ensure that any flaws or imperfections are identified and clearly stated in the product description. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to have a complete understanding of the condition of our vintage pieces.

If you have any questions or need more information about a specific item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Following types of items cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons: Swimwear, underwear, jewelry.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
