HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW PIECES?
We add new pieces as soon as we can, and the page will be updated regularly, so come back once in a while if you don't want to miss out.
DO PIECES COME BACK IN STOCK?
We usually only have one of each piece in stock, so if it sells out, it has to be returned before you will be able to buy it again. But keep an eye out!
MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE?
Unfortunately, we cannot "order" the sizes that we would like since we typically only come across one of each item. Therefore, we cannot offer different sizes for the same items.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept payment by credit or debit card only.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
If you haven't recieved your order confirmation, try checking your SPAM folder.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of ordering.
For Danish customers you can expect your order to arrive in 2-4 business days.
For EU customers you can expect it to arrive between 7-10 business days from order date.
It may arrive sooner though!
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, we do not offer order pickup at our address, but we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible!
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All shipped orders come with a tracking number.
Upon shipping your order a notification along with tracking link is sent to the e-mail address provided.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes! We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for the shipping cost and packaging until arrival.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Returning an order is easy with us. Your order will be shipped in an eco-friendly resealable shipping bag. Simply click your countries return portal below, find your order, click the item(s) you wish to return, and follow the instructions on the screen.
